Jonathan Young - Managing Director Jonathan joined from ICL Sorbus where he was a Systems Integrator on a £10m outsourcing contract at the Department of Health. With this experience in client service across all aspects of IT, he brought to MBD the expertise for multi-discipline outsourcing. He has a BA Hons from Sheffield University and has successfully grown MBD Limited year on year since joining in 1997.

Philip Moss - Technical Director Philip has an extensive multi-platform background in distributed systems. Before joining MBD he was network manager for the Denbigh School Technology College network (one of the largest UK academic network installations). During this period of time he also worked on several pioneering projects to connect local schools to the Internet using microwave technology. After joining MBD in 1998 he has brought his enterprise technology experience to the small business market.

Peter Cook - Non-Executive Director Peter is a Chartered Accountant with wide financial and commercial experience gained in the  UK and overseas with both public and venture capital financed companies. He served as finance and managing director of a venture capital financed MBO whose activities were focused on the fast growing market for business consultancy and disaster recovery services serving blue-chip clients in the UK.
